    I was a customer of Fongo, Inc for several years but last year in March/April there were a few internet service issues and outages for days at a time.
    Also, numerous attempts to purchase more phone minutes would not go through although my account was always in good standing. This fact was backed up by online reports.
    Only one generic letter was emailed to customers. I placed a "service request" to get some answers or a rebate, to which there was not a reply. I sent one or two more requests to cancel my account. No one got back to me.
    I called a number online, apparently a secret number. The man ******* ******* *** asked how I obtained the number. When I started relating the issue, he hung up. As anyone can see with a google search there are several phone numbers and local operations.
    As you can imagine I was very frustrated, unplugged the hardware and signed up with another internet service and cell number which I've been using since May 2023. Their records will show that I didn't use their phone number after I changed it. Nor is there any data usage.
    **This hardware was returned recently by mail to be received with a signature for the package.**
    They continued to send invoices for a few months, then stopped. I deleted this email account.
    I'm not willing to pay a company that doesn't respond after numerous attempts as a longer term customer.

    I subscribed to the Home phone service with number transfer. I paid the all the applicable charges in advance back in the beginning of January. The transfer of my number was handled very unprofessionally since I provided all the info and they could not get that done. Instead, they were told that they would charge more if it failed. Then I asked for a refund. As of this date haven't gotten my refund. They do not have a customer service number so the only option is to email them and wait for a reply. I need my refund since I haven't used the service for a second. Very unprofessional service provider, not sure how they are allowed to run a business like this in this country.
