    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have written letters from other steel roofing companies, I also attached photos of the roof. (SEE THE DAMAGES)

    Dans response does nothing to address the photos I included in this file.

    Regardless of any alleged personal interactions, I want *** to come and address the issues on *******.

    Can *** explain why the roof is collapsing and bringing the siding/eavestrough off the building every year?

    3 there's nothing wrong with his roof when installing we don't change the pitch of the roof that's a ********* job with engineer stamp 

    4 he's hoping by attacking me and going after my business it will make *** *** give in to the demands of *** *** 

    5 he has been charged by the police for harassment in this matter as well

    In your words "It's not my fault you are a bad businessman" because you have yet to explain the photo I have provided. Why is there substantial ice damage and ice damming every season? 
    Why do I have letters from competitors of yours, criticizing your work and the job you did?
    I am sure you can go to the building (without my knowledge) and look at the roof on a day without snow and say "no is***" but that isnt really addressing the is***, is it?

    I understand you think this is personal, it's really not. I intend to sell the property and want it fixed before its sold. * ***** **** ***** *** ** **** ***** ** *** ***** **** ***** * ******* *** **** ********** *** **** ** ** **** ** *** ***** **** ***** *** *** ********* **** *** ***** ******* *** *** **** **** **** *** **** **** ** **** *** *** *** ** ***** ******* ******* 

    I to be honest don't care you have "charged me" by police because I am persistent in my insistence that you fix my roof.
    I am no different than a creditor asking you to pay unpaid bills, which the court will see.

    When the judge puts into perspective that my alleged "harassment" is due to me trying to get you to do your job properly, and they factor in the "family component", the charges will be dropped and I will *** you and Lawyer for emotional damages, retaliation, legal fees due to your pathetic attempt to have me charged because you are pulling a "*************************" and cowering out of your responsibilities.

    Fix my **** roof or pay me $30,000 so I can get your competitor to do it properly.
