    On March 31, 2023, we etransferred $3000.00 to the company/person listed in our complaint. It was a down payment for the building of a potential garage. On April 25, 2023, we finally received the written estimate. It far exceeded the verbal quote we were given. We promptly spoke with the person listed and said we will not go with his company. We asked for our deposit back and he said he would provide it. Since then, we have heard nothing. He has not returned our calls, our emails, or our texts. We consulted with a Paralegal and the paralegal also sent a letter and there was no response. At no time were we told the deposit was non-refundable and the person said he would return it. We have heard nothing since the end of April.
