  Automotive Centre ripped me off! I paid with cash for a starter, the mechanic said he replaced my starter, so I paid cash the balance due. I drove my car for 8 days and the “said starter” broke again, leaving me stranded in the city. I paid for towing and taxi back home. My car towed by B & D Auto charged me towing fees and now demanding me to pay in full for another starter! I argued with mechanic that I just paid for a new starter, that broke 7-8 days later, that he should repair because I already paid him, there was resolution to my complaint. I would like assistance in regards to my account. B & D Auto have my vehicle & will not repair my car nor will they tow my car back to my residence. I need help!

  On July 17, 2022, ***** ****** 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander vin# ****************** PLATE CBPF 37 MILEAGE 269000. The vehicle was towed in because she had starting problem with her vehicle. After the mechanic look it over the starter end was broken off (because of the flywheel)’ She was told that the flywheel broke off the end of the starter if she put a new one on that it would do the same. She needed to fix the flywheel problem first. But she wanted the starter to put on because she said she was going to trade to vehicle in on a new one. On Aug 20, 2022(that 34 days after the work was done) the vehicle was towed into the shop mileage was 271150km. that was a different of 2150km.because the flywheel damaged the starter there is no warranty on the starter. The shop was willing to delivery the vehicle to her place free of charge, they tried call ***** serval time but no answer or call back. the number the shop had for her was ************
  We are willing to get her a new starter (BUT WE WILL NOT PUT IT ON THE VEHICLE) because the flywheel will only damage it again or we will refund the $713.42 she paid and deliver the vehicle to her place.
