    I ordered a TV online which was on sale. I was going to pick up at this store : Laval, Ste-Dorothee, QC. After waiting for ten days with no updates they suddenly cancelled my order and I had to call customer service to find out what happened. I was told that the sale was over and I could order the same TV at original price and there is nothing they can do about it. * **** ***** **** *** *** ***** ** **** ***** ******

    I have called the customer to discuss the situation and explain the reason the order was cancelled. I have apologized for the situation and have provided the customer with an $80 Canadian Tire gift card to reflect the price difference as the customer has already purchased a new tv elsewhere. Customer was satisfied with the call and resolution.

    On October 13 2023, I purchased 4 tires online for my car using Canadian Tire's website and i also purchased a new car battery. The following day, someone from the ****** store location called me to say my order was processed and ready for pick up. I also made an appointment to have the new tires and battery installed at Canadian Tires autoshop for October 28, 2023.

    On October 15 2023, I found other tires at Canadian Tire that I thought were better than what I had just purchased. I called Canadian Tire to request to exchange my tire order. I was advised by their customer service agent that they don't do exchanges but that I could cancel the order and then place a new order. The agent cancelled the tires I ordered and said the refund back to my credit card would be processed in 24-48 hrs. After waiting more than 48 hrs, the order had not been cancelled. I decided to use the check order feature on Canadian Tires website. The order still said, "waiting for pick up". I decided to press the "Cancel Entire Order" feature. A day later, the battery I had ordered was canceled and refunded to my credit card but not the tires!
    I went to the ****** Canadian Tire location, I went to the returns/customer service desk and was redirected to the online pick up orders desk. Then I was redirected to the auto department. At the auto department I was redirected back to online orders even though that's who told me to see the auto department. The whole time, not one employee took my order number to look up my info and order in their systems. I want my refund processed immediately so I can purchase and install new tires elsewhere for the winter season coming up.
