Initially PMG came to my property in May 0f 2021 to look at my property and provide me with an estimate for a whole generator (22W ******* Generator) I was emailed a quote and asked to provide a deposit of 50 percent of the bill. I signed the contract and transferred a total of 5,500.00 dollars over May 4 and 5, 2021 for the installation of a 22W ******* Generator. I was informed that my generator would be installed in the fall. The fall came and went without a generator. I called PMG and was told by the owner that there was a chip problem availability due to Covid and that my generator would be coming. and would likely be in the spring before chips were available. I called in March 24 of 2022 and was told that he was too busy now and had other contracts to fill, likely would be the fall. I called back in September 14/22 and spoke with **** the owner who told me that my generator was next.. I called back again Oct 28 and the 31st to provide my availability for installation. On Nov 7 I spoke with the owner who was to come and install the generator in the 2nd - 3rd week in November. of 22. November 17 th was the actual first call had received from the owner stating they were going to come and install the following week. On Nov 25 PMG was a no show for installation and I received no notification that they were not coming; I had taken time off work. I called the owner and was told January, I said no to January due to snow, ice etc. so he told me spring. I called April 28 and was asked to call later in the summer, Aug 2; pushed off to Sep. Came to my house once in Sep, was to install 14th, never happened I have called more than 8 times to both business and owner cell. We spoke on the 26th and I asked for my money back. He said he could install generator still I gave him a firm date of install by week ending Oct 6th or money back no later than Oct 16th. I have called him 22 times since the 26th. No generator, no refund. I want a refund and call it a day.

We gave **** a cheque for $7000.00 as a deposit which was cashed immediately. **** told us at that time that our generator would be in by August. Every month since August, we have been checking with **** about the whereabouts of our generator.
