    ******* ************** *** ** **** ** ******** ******** I have a furnace and a water heater replaced by this company and I've had nothing but trouble and inconvenience to my family. * *** ****** *** ********** *** **** *** ** ********** ** ******** City of Niagara Falls shut down my natural gas because of them not following the code. ****** ** ****** *** **** **** ***** ***** ****** *** **** ************** *** **** ***** ******  So I finally got them to send someone out to fix my HOT water problem, a young guy shows up and says " I am sorry sir but there is nothing I can do for you as I am not a plumber, but I will still need to charge you $129.99 for driving out here"... I was not a happy at all and the young guy knew it, he was very nice and I do appreciate his wonderful customer service. Now I have a super loud furnace, hot water tank with no hot water and a company that doesn't care. * ** ****** * ***** *** ********* ** ** *******
