We hired Scottish on the rocks to pave/do concrete for our driveway and pathways in August. On September 6th they poured the concrete and as of that date we paid them 60% or $8050. They were supposed to seal the concrete the next day, remove the old materials and asphalt was to be poured on September 8th or 9th. ***** ****** began giving us excuses as to why they weren't come to finish the job. We asked him to come and clean up the hazards they left behind but nobody showed up. We've been trying to reach him through phone calls, voicemails, texts, ******** messages but to no avail. September 27th I contacted the ******** **** ******** **** who originally promoted this business and they got a response from ***** within minutes and gave us his email. We were able to communicate once through email since then but he continues to ignore our attempts and has taken down their ******** page once I posted a review. We want them to clean up the mess they have left, refund what we've overpaid and will hire someone new for the asphalt as we don't trust these people anymore. We have overpaid $335 plus the cost of sealing the concrete and removal of materials he charged us $250 for. They also left a huge mess on our new siding, composite, fence, shed/backyard from not covering anything when they sprayed the concrete to expose it. We've been working to clean this up ourselves. We have been undergoing renovations since May 9th and our contractor cannot finish the job (and get final payment) until our driveway is complete.
