    After spending well over $5000 on a wholesale order with this company I found that over 20% of the product was unacceptable. I order several hundred plated mugs and the problem was that poor manufacturing practices had left a large portion the mugs squashed into obvious oval shapes. This company treated me like a common ***** just trying to get them replaced, I wasn't even looking for a refund. Their answer was to return the mugs at my cost, pay an incredibly high restocking fee and that they would decide "At their sole discretion" what was returnable and donate the rest to charity so they could look like heroes. They also would not stand behind any of the replacement product and that I was "On my own". They asked me to send measurements of the defective product and then used the fact that I measured them to say that they will not warranty anything that requires a special tool to measure. So because I was trying to be as thorough as possible for them I used a caliper to measure. They knew I was in a bind with a client to get an order through so they delayed as long as possible to reach a "resolution" over ten days.
    This product was cheaply manufactured *** ******* ** ***** ********* **** ** ***** ***** ******** **** ** ***. It was my mistake trusting this company in the first place for an important order for my client, an expensive lesson. ***** ******* do your research before any large orders and be prepared ** ** ******* **** ****** if you have any issues with it. * **** ******* ***** ********* *** *** ********* ** I will not be purchasing from this company again *** ****** ********* ****** ***** ******
