      * ***** ******** *** **** ** ***** ***** In November 2023, I hired ***** **** of Truly Elevated Agency Inc. to complete six branding and website projects. I paid over $10,000 upfront—not in installments, but in full—trusting her to deliver.
      *** * ****** *** ************ ******** ******** ********** **** *** ****** *** That money represented hard work, sacrifice, and my vision for the future. I didn’t just invest in design—I invested in someone I believed would elevate my brand.
      Instead, I received:
      • One poorly made *** website with no real SEO or customization
      • No functioning websites for the other businesses
      • Excuses, delays, poor communication, and broken promises
      • Weeks of silence and unprofessional behavior
      • A refund offer of less than half what I paid
      After months of trying to resolve this respectfully, I had no choice but to file a legal claim for breach of contract, losses, and damages.
      This experience has been heartbreaking.
