      In June of 2022 I bought a washer and dryer from ***** **** ************ There was a $50 rebate offered if you submitted the form and receipt. I did so promptly and received claim# **********. I checked the status of the rebate starting in September 2022 and it said "Approved Your claim has been approved for fulfillment" It said it would take 4-6 weeks and I would receive a **** prepaid card for $50. Since that time I have checked the status several times as I never received it. It still says the same. I have tried calling and it says "no routes" found when I call *************** ****** is of no help since they use outsource company for promos. I emailed on January 12, 2023 and got ticket #******* and I have yet to receive a response back. My emails have been ignored. It's been 7 months since I purchased the washer and dryer and they have not fulfilled their end of the deal!

      Hello,

      Her claim was marked paid on 06/16/2022. She was also emailed on Monday, June 6, 2022 7:28:17 AM advising her the instructions to monitor the status of her rebate claim until marked paid in case she didn't receive a payment email. Unfortunately, the vendor has rules where a prepaid card is only valid for 6 months - we will looking to see if we can grant an exception for this customer by working with the vendor. Regrettably, she did not monitor the status of her rebate claim by following those instructions on the original email therefore, she believes she did not receive the rebate claim.
