  I am a senior who hired this individual on Oct 2023 to parge my foundation and paint the concrete porch. He ensured me that there was grit in the paint and when I inquired from Home Depot about the paint I was told there was no grit in the paint.
  In January the paint started flaking off and cracks appeared in the parging. I was told I had a 15 year warranty (written on his contract) however I sincerely doubt he will do anything since I tried to call him shortly after he left the job and was ****** told not to call him again.

  This person operates under multiple business names and multiple addresses. R&L Professional Driveway Maintenance and also 'Inside & Outside Renovations'.
  They overcharge and scam people out of their hard earned cash. The supposed warranty means nothing more than the paper it was written on.
  Within a few months of the work this person did, there were issues. When I tried to reach this person, they cut off all contact and refused to fix the problems.
  Don't believe the supposed 5 star review from 'Mark H' either - probably written by the owner or one of his friends.
  Buyer beware!!!! DO NOT use this person's service. They are not qualified or licensed to do any of the work they do.

  In August (2022) the owner of this business - Ray - offered to make a number of repairs to the exterior of my house. The front porch, made of concrete (and which is directly above the cold storage room in my basement) was deteriorating and rainwater was leaking into the house. The front steps were dislodged, there was a large hole beneath them where the ground was subsiding, and critters could get in; both the porch and steps had been covered (by a previous homeowner) with high-gloss paint which would become slippery and dangerous in wet or snowy weather. The walkway to the driveway was made of bricks between which weeds regularly grew.
  Ray and his team repaired and resurfaced the front porch and steps, and even repainted the railing to match the trim of my house. They replaced the walkway with a beautiful, curving concrete walkway - precisely what I wanted - and textured its surface so that it both looks good and provides traction during inclement weather. They also repaired cracks in the concrete block around the perimeter of the house and parged it so that it looks modern and also matches the rest of the stone and brickwork. I'm quite happy with his work. Don't be afraid to ask Ray for pictures of his work - he's proud to show off what he does, as he should be.
