    Fridge warranty request submitted to ******* *** ( fridge handle broken)

    Heather from MTC (fridge company) arranged to swap my old fridge with new fridge with different handles.

    Two guys from *** came and offered to replace broken handle. We refused. Then offer to replace all fridge doors. We refused.
    They brought in new fridge. We found a dent on bottom drawer. Should *** let us know about the damages in the first place instead of we told them about the damages ?
    The guys called their boss. I was rushed to sign on the cell phone with a blank screen . I was assured by the guys that it's for removal of old fridge.
    At 8:56am ******, owner of *** called and promised to replace dented drawer.
    Right after they left, we found old upper doors on new fridge. I ran to *** truck and told the guys old doors on new fridge and I need a receipt of what I signed. I was ignored and they drove away.
    At 9:51 am Called ****** and told him the issues of old upper doors and request a receipt of what I signed.
    Later of the day, further damages found on left side and back of fridge.
    Emailed Heather of MTC about the issues.
    2023 Feb 10 emailed ******.
    Many phone calls to *** with no reply.

    Bottom freezer dented drawer replaced by ***. No service order for two upper doors. Called ***.

    ****** answered my call telling me *** manager will call back.
    *** unresponsive to phone calls and email.
    1 *** should replace two new upper doors
    2 Provide receipt of what I signed on blank phone screen
    3 Why did the guys offer to replace handles and doors? Their duty was to deliver new fridge to me
    4 I ran to *** truck in the cold telling them old doors still on new fridge. I was ignored. ****** **** ******* ****** ****** ********
