This is a great RE Club, I have been a member of 3 others (1 was national) This is by far the best one.
A well organized, education 1st organization, a great variety of topics and presentations, always something new or creative.
A freindly helpful atmosphere among the members as well, not a sales pitch club.
The online video education is probably worth the monthly fee alone.
You won't regret it.

I have been a DurhamREI member for about 5 years. I highly recommend the meetings if you want to invest in real estate or are a well established investor. It's a great place to network as well for Mortgage Agents (like me), realtors, contractors....really anyone who is part of the real estate community. The meetings are very well run with fantastic speakers. It's a very welcoming group of people as well.Durham Real Estate Investors Club

Durham REI has been an incredibly valuable resource to my real estate investing journey. Quentin ensures that all presenters bring value to the audience and members are eager to help one another to solve problems, pivot, learn and adapt new strategies and ultimately to thrive and take action in all markets. DREI is an outstanding group to be a member. I have learned a ton about real estate investing, met a number of likeminded individuals, and support this community 100%. Excellent business for those that like investing in real estate, or thinking about purchasing a rental property. We meet monthly, but have access to a large amount of resources online.
