      Efforts to communicate to the company manager have been unsuccessful. Receptionist gave a variety of excuses. He was on vacation, was not in the office, was not sure where he was, didn’t know when he would be back, does not have access to his schedule, he was not feeling well and he may be at another site. Took a phone number saying she would email him to call which never came. In October, I needed a furnace. A friend recommended Limcam. The installers and technicians were good. In February, I arranged two quotes to replace my air conditioner to be installed in the spring, one being Limcam. That morning I received a call from *****, the sales manager. He seemed nice enough, offering a discount on the previous furnace purchase. Upon arrival, the rep called *****. Rep discussed options. Rep was not pleased about the other quote and was reluctant giving a detailed quote without me signing. Eventually got a figure. With the discount it was $1500 more than other quote! They refer to *********. I checked the company online and saw red flags. Wanted to think things over but rep was aggressive saying reserved unit would be unavailable if I waited and asked what was stopping me from signing. Another call was made to ***** who was told that I was uncomfortable with the financing. ***** then angrily said to me: “What’s your problem”? and “So why did you drag us out on the coldest day of the year to get a quote”? I then said we were finished, the meeting was over, that I do not tolerate anyone treating me like that, no sale would be made and that they need to treat people with respect. *************** *********** ***** * ******* ** ******** ***** ********* **** ********* *** ********** **** ** *** ***** ************************************************************************ ** *** *** *********** ******, it would be wise to ensure that you are doing your due diligence in comparing costs, getting good, reliable financing and not be taken in by aggressive sales techniques.

      ********** ***** *** Received call from the Operations Manager and spoke on the review. Very positive call and he said that he would pass the information on to the General Manager. General Manager phoned shortly afterwards. Another positive call. It appears that he did not get the original message to call me. Both he and the Operations Manager were very understanding, took the situation seriously and the General Manager will be following up with his team regarding the experience. I am pleased with this outcome.

      ***** ****** ********* ******* *** *** ************ – Poor Service and ********** Diagnostics
      On November 10, 2024, I contacted Limcan Certified Heating and Air Conditioning because my furnace wasn’t working—there was no heat coming through the vents. I asked them for a diagnostic and cost estimate for the repair.
      When their technician arrived, they provided an inaccurate diagnostic. They claimed I needed both "Level 1 x 2" and "Level 4" repairs and needed to replace my furnace. I called the office for an explanation of the invoice in plain English, but after 30 minutes of unclear answers, they still couldn’t provide a straightforward explanation. I eventually asked them to put what they suggested to be repaired in an invoice and send it to me.
      Feeling skeptical, I called another company for a second opinion. Their technician arrived the very next day, identified the issue, and resolved it within 10 minutes. They installed the required part the following day, and my furnace has been working perfectly since then. Additionally, they advised that my furnace has 3–5 years of life remaining, suggesting I consider replacing it in the future.
      In contrast, Limcan not only failed to diagnose or repair the problem, but they also damaged my furnace by breaking a screw. I contacted them for a refund. I have not heard back from them about a refund. They refused to take accountability.
      I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received. **** ********** *** ***** ** *** **** ********* ******* ****** ** ***** I wouldn’t recommend Limcan Certified Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

      Fantastic start to finish. From their sales people, the technicians and the management everyone has been nice and professional. Their price was higher than the competition, but they offered more value and much better warranties and guarantees than the competition, and they’re a local company which is a big plus for my wife and I . Strongly recommend.

      ******* ** * ****** They want to suck as much money as they can. First they tell their already customers they owe them free furnace inspection. Then their ***** old technecian comes and after looking here and there tells you O your furnace is finished, sorry I am going to shut it off and put red tag. Scaring you so you do whatever he wants you to do, pay for new furnace or pay them to fix something which you don't need to fix. Pathetic is the word for them.
