    I attended the Hand and Stone in Whitby a few moments ago, and the ladies at the reception desk were unpleasant, and ************** to me during my visit. I paid for my service before my massage and because of our unpleasant interaction my massage was stressful and not enjoyable. My husband received a massage on April 9 and on April 10 I asked him to call for an emailed copy of the insurance form so we could submit it. He got it scanned to him within minutes and without hassle after he called. When I asked the ladies after payment for a scanned copy I was told they don’t do that and never do it with anyone. I showed them the email my husband received from Hand and Stone which included the insurance form and they said well we made an exception for him and refused to do the same for me. I would like to have a copy of my insurance form scanned to me and that is all I am asking for at this time. It is unclear why certain people receive a receipt and others do not.
