    Valentine packages, misleading you to think it is for valentines day
    Which turns out to be simply a credit that doesn’t guarantee valentines day
    Called after a day and they offer no refund

    Gift certificate was purchased in 2021, before the spa in Whitby opened. Because of delays, not opening on time and contaminated pool, I was requesting a refund,which spa denied, but they talked about compensation when spa opened because of the issues. When I recently emailed the spa asking about compensation they said there would be none. And they never apologized to me for the inconvenience or for keeping my money for a few years. GOOD CUSTOMER IS MISSING and the spa experience is not worth the cost.

    I contracted a body rash and ear infection after attending the spa October 8th I contacted the spa and wanted to provide update regarding this concern- perhaps they didn’t know.
    I was asked to send photos of rash and I did provide those photos most likely the kalla bath I updated them
    I have received no response. The friend and family member I attended both spa and kalla therapy all developed ear infection and rashes.
    I was to hear back from Sergianne -Lesley B.-Canaba and have no call or response from Thermea
    Not a pleasant experience poor customer service

    On Thermea’s website it does not list that there are 3 different saunas that are not available, along with some small water features.
    At the end of the day we went to the guest services desk and spoke with a female associate, about when the 3 saunas were going to be open. We let her know that it was not listed as closed on their website, so we asked the associate if we could possibly get a credit to come back at a later date, when the rest of the saunas were ready as the website is very misleading.
    The associate promptly said that she would talk to her manager, and she went into the back office. She came out shortly after and told us that it’s just a feature that isn’t ready yet, and proceeded to tell us to sign up to the email newsletter for updates when it’s available.
    She also told us that their marketing team is working on updating the website, and the manager is not compensating for the unavailable features.
