    Good morning,

     

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we have been very short-staffed all season, just like most employers have been since COVID-19. We have been struggling to stay afloat and complete all of our scheduled jobs for the season, however, we are committed and have been working overtime to ensure our clients' requests are met and our goal is to have a successful year. 

    Having said that, we have it scheduled for Friday to visit this customer and as long as no parts need to be ordered, we will repair the fence on Friday, October 28, 2022.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I  only went to bbb because I had no response. Also about another matter about my gate . I tried to contact for weeks. So I thought they are ignoring me.
