    On January 10,2024 had a service technician in my home to repair a kitchen aid oven. Tech said upper element was cracked and not functioning, which I could see was true. Replaced the element and still the oven did not work.After checking the oven again he said he could get it working but there was a problem with the wires? at the back of the oven. Said his supplier doesnt carry them but will look at a different supplier. He left my house with ****** of my money for a job I am still waiting to be completed and if it cant be completed I feel I am *********** some reimbursement. The sum is way over what I was quoted and after talking 3 or 4 times to the company I still have no resolution. I sent an e- mail to the manager with my concerns and have not heard back(sent Monday January 15).I am a frustrated senior that feels I have been taken advantage of.Can you help me,please?

    I am having trouble responding to your e- mail . I have not heard from the company.When I first started calling them about the complaints of their service this is the number that would come up on my phone. It is not a local number. The name ************ came up and phone number ************. Maybe this will help
