    I purchased a series of classes at the beginning of 2024. I believe there were 6 in total, one being a 3 part class. I attended one class. I requested a refund for the five remaining classes. I was told that classes are non-refundable. There is no mention of this on the website and no one mentioned it when I signed up for the classes.I was offered a credit for other classes but the credit could only be used for classes, not for products in the shop.I can understand not receiving a refund for the class on April 27th as that's only a week away. However, the other classes take place in May, June and July.I feel this is unfair. I have paid for the classes but I'm no longer interested in taking them. I would like my money refunded. Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions.

    This individual did indeed purchase a number of classes in 2023 and attended all classes up to and including the class offered in January.  Their last purchase was in December 2023.  On April 18, the individual contacted us via email to cancel the remaining classes of 2024 and to request a refund.  We replied back to the individual indicating that, per our policy, classes are non-refundable but that we would be happy to provide them with a credit that they could use for future classes.  The individual categorically refused our offer and challenged that the refund policy is nowhere to be found on our website.  This policy is clearly indicated on every single item and class in our online store, and we graciously submitted proof of the policy as published on the website via a screenshot.   Upon receiving proof of the published policy, the individual replied that they would file a complaint with the BBB.  We stand by our policy.

    The business's refund policy was not displayed clearly. However, since they have pointed it out to me, I accept that it was there. I do However I would prefer the supplies to do the class instead of a credit towards other classes. My skill level has increased and I'm no longer at the beginner level the classes provide. I have asked for this from the business but have received no reply. If I can get the supplies for the classes, I will be happy.

    I have paid for the following classes:

    April 27, 2024 Flower Panel  69.00

    May 11, 18, 25, 2024 Ocean Stones Platter. 119.00

    June 29, 2024 Feather. 49.00

    July 27, 2024 Triangles, triangles. 99.00

    Total 336.00

    I understand a refund is not an option. However, I have been removed from these classes according to an email I received from ********. And these classes are not my skill level...I have progressed beyond these types of classes.

    I would like to receive the supplies for these classes as I have paid for them.

    I hope this is something we can agree on so the case can be settled.
