    Truck was taken to auto shop for a lift kit to be installed July 27th after waiting a month as i was told it lift kit would be in 1 to 2 weeks. When I dropped truck off on July 27th I was told it would be ready in 2 to 3 days. I contacted the owner ******* ********* on Aug 2 and was told it almost finished and eould just need an alignment the next and would be ready aug 4th. I tried numerous times to contact him by phone and he would not answer nor returns my messages. I went to his shop in Aug 5 and was told by a worker they had just started the work the night before. The worker told me it should be done the following mon or Tues. Aug 8 I tried numerous times again to call the owner and left message as he wouldn't answer. He finally returned my call and said he would call me the next day with time truck would be ready on Aug 10. He never called wed others aug 9 and 10 and ignored my calls. I went to his shop this morning and the truck was not ready. Transmission on floor and parts everywhere. He ignored me when I walked in. When I asked him what was going on with the truck he said was doing modifications and alot of work. He had no excuse why he couldn't return my calls. I told him I wanted truck in a state where I could have it towed somewhere else on Monday aug 14 but I don't believe he will do what I asked. I have lost trust in him doing the work and doing it properly.
