    *** ***** *** *** ******** *** ******** *********** *** ********* ******** I went in there today for an appointment and then the person giving services was so rude when I pointed it out to her that she was being rude to me. She gave me attitude and then the situation escalated when I brought it up to the owner. They use a body language, the use of words calling their client, a **** rather than apologizing for the behavior. Even the owner was supporting her employee. The employee used words to be awfully racist, and then she claims that I as a client find her rude because I am insecure about my body. She expressed that she believes her body is better than other people around and that is the only reason people think she’s rude. This is such a pathetic experience. Harassment went on and on when I was just asking for them to acknowledge that they’re wrong and they cannot be humiliating the client. I sat there for hours, crying because I was insulted, disrespected, and then the person providing services would like to accuse me of insecurity with my body, which have nothing to do with the situation. The person also expressed that their body features were better than mine because they can afford a plastic surgeon. This is so not fair to the generation that is growing up with females like this around and it is not professional. Using words to ****, shame a client when they express your services and not up to the mark is not how businesses should be run. This person had the audacity to explain that everyone on this earth was not me beautiful, but she was, and then she used raging words and also expressed that she would slap the client if they ever ask her to do their nails in a certain way, only because she cannot understand what she’s doing.
