    On March 15th at 17:47pm I went to pick up 2 packages that were dropped off to this location. I showed the clerk my slip that was left for me by **** I signed gor the one package i did receive. I was only able to get 1 package. I was told there was only 1 there. I called *** an was told both packages were deliveed to the location, but one was picked up at 13:29pm an the second at 17:47pm. After many calls an excuses such as *** driver error to being misplaced to I already got the package I finally told them I was calling the police. They then asked me to give them more time to check the cameras to see what happened. After another 90 minutes I told them enough I was coming to see the camera myself an calling the police. Upon arriving at the store I was then informed they found out a female had come into the store an took my package. She did not show any form of government issued photo ID but instead stated to the clerk she was new to the area an showed some type of ID that was on her phone with my name an l address. She did not show a slip that a package was there. She did not sign for the package. An she did not show proper ID but they still gave her the package. In the packages was 2 phones I had ordered from my phone company that I am responsible for. I have filed a theft (stolen) complaint with my phone company but that will take time to resolve.I have filed a police report thru ************ since this location is in there district. I have called *** as well an filed a complaint. I want this company to be held responsible for thier incompetent an neglectful actions in handling items that are supposed to kept in safe keeping for people until they are picked up an procedure is properly followed.
