    Contract was signed in june 2023 for crack in rear *************** leaking in basement, contractor stated "emergency job" , money was paid in installments , work had two phases (one was having cinderblock wall and removing all pipes, water lines and all accessories on wall will be removed and placed on new wall and phase 2 was portion of deck will be removed and waterproof cracked area and filled in with dimple board , grade will be slope back towards middle of the yard aprox ***** feet , water retention will be installed to grab any water coming from rear yard then carried to the front facing right side of yard where a pit will be installed and filled with stone to prevent excess water sitting at house ) , one phase was not even completed yet , contractor suggested to change contact due mentioned removal of exterior wall needed . new contract made in july 2023. since then No meetings held , despite of us requesting , weather excuses used by contractor , will be completed will be completed , never did , stated will see us tomorrow while he was on vacation in other *************** and state nest day on vacation , poor communication , unable to reach by phone call , blocked customer 's one phone number , tried to contact from my husband 's phone , kept on delaying , stated call you back call you back on messages never did . asked for refund in jan 2024 , after tired of waiting for months , so that work can be completed from someone else as water is still leaking , informed contractor , unable to access pipes , pipes are freezing due to cracks in wall , pipes in between new and old wall, been saying is sent , is sent . was mailed from Windsor , been more than 2 weeks nothing received . tired of calling , following up on emails , mentioned causing mental stress no response. I feel like I was used for money , mis guided , work not completed as promised , leading to frustration and mental stress . work was delayed , , failed to do meetings , call back.
