The tracking number linked to the claim is :1Z7R6424D947885190. I added a file to support my claim. It was regarding a package sent from ****** to ****** which was not delivered and was lost. The delivery was supposed to take four days to reach destination. The paperwork which were sent never came back. The amount that I paid to the UPS Store #26 is $81.94. *** refunded $55.82 sent to the #*** **.The owner paid me $50 in cash. Whilst we were in the reimbursement process, she told me to tick some boxes on the bill. However the store did not pay the full amount. The manager of the owner refused to pay the remaining balance.     My brother from *************** sent me a couple of packages from my diseased sister who only passed away prior March 9 2024. *** driver says he delivered my packages on April 5 2024. He lied said he delivered and I refused the package.I was home all day. No one showed up or called. Also said my package was damaged and threw it away ?? I am heartbroken. It was a100 year picture of my my mom when she was a little girl vintage and vintage lamp with crystals. Very sentimental items to me.
