    What a great experience I got my son glasses and they were broke at school they replaced them no charge. We are not a family that can afford glasses 2 times a year I would have had to pick what bills not to pay. Service is amazing every time I go in I feel like family what a great place

    By far this was the worst experience in my 25 years of ordering glasses.It started with ordering the glass progressive lenses in April, paying in full and waiting 5 weeks to find out the left and right lens where misaligned.Back to square one another 5 weeks of waiting and this time I could not see with my right eye in the medium or close range at all.By this time it was mid July and trying to avoid another 5 weeks of waiting I decided to have them make me the cheaper plastic bifocal lenses in there own lab.Even thou it should have been only 2 weeks and it should have been thin polycarbonate (1.7mm), again it took 5 weeks and they used the thickest plastic (5mm) and refused to reimburse me for the difference in price (approx. $350).

    We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service you received at our store. We do not like the fact that you're unhappy and you are still waiting for suitable glasses but unfortunately this has been quite a unique process.
    To clarify the specifics, You wanted to purchase a lined bifocal in glass. You were advised at this time we could not get a lined bifocal in glass from the manufacturer and the only option would be a progressive lens. We also advised you this would not be a good fit for you as you normally wear a lined bifocal and it's difficult to transition from a lined bifocal to a lens with no lines. You chose to get the progressive anyhow and we did tell you it would require more time as it's coming from an outside lab.
    When the lens arrived, unfortunately there was an imperfection in the right lens. We did send it back to be remade. Once they came back again, you could not adjust to the progressive lens. We offered to make it again as a lined bifocal in a high index plastic for you. You did not request polycarbonate nor did we order that. We did order a 1.67 high index and this was delayed more because they were on backorder from the manufacturer.
    Once they came back, you were not happy with the thickness so we offered to make once again hoping they would be more to your satisfaction. At this time we are waiting for them to arrive.
    There is no money to refund to you as we had to incur the cost of 5 sets of lenses for this job and our cost alone highly exceeds what you paid us for your set of lenses.
    Again we apologize for your experience in our store. We can confirm this is not the norm and we hope the next set of lenses will resolve all the issues.
