    Date of transaction - Thurs Feb 22/24 $299.00 + Taxes = $337.87 Cancelled transaction via text to JS Fitness on Sat Feb 24/24, this fitness challenge is not what I was looking for. ***@** Fitness, said that since I paid for meal plan & training, might as well use ****** for the consultations. *************************** - Certified Holistic Health + Nutrition Coach ******************************** I stated that I am not interested in the meal plan, and perhaps try a month at your gym and go from there.*** replied, Whatever you feel is best..again, we can chat on Monday morning Sun, Feb 25/24 - I sent text to ***@** Fitness and stated that I will not be participating in the 6 week challenge, and respectfully, request a refund for the purchase amount of $299.00 + taxes to be refunded to my ***** *** replied that he was going to reimburse me for $150 which was the nutritional amount, and let me try the gym out for 6 weeks at a great rate. "Before I reimburse and take care of everything, I would like a 5 minute phone chat. I replied on Mon Feb 26/24, that I understand that he wants to chat, however, I simply changed my mind and no longer interested in the 6 week challenge.*** replied "****** has already received her portion and that's why I need to chat with you. I can reimburse my half to you and offer you a month at the gym to continue to trial the workouts. Please let me know when you are avail for a quick chat. I replied , this is to going to work for me. Please advise when you have refunded my *****Fri Mar 1/24 - I sent text "Good morning ***, thank you for the partial refund of $149. I appreciate you keeping your word to refund $150 nutritional portion, which you stated on your earlier texts. Please advise when remaining $188.87 will be refunded.*** replied "*****, as I mentioned before, ****** was already pain upon your purchase & my job with my end is completed. Honestly & quite frankly you're lucky to receive that. This matter is now out of my hands.
