    Took forever for delivery. Finally got couch and recliner. Small problem with couch. Promised a call back 3 or 4 times. Nothing. Finally stopped in and again promised call back. Nothing. Payed for extended warranty never got paper work.Audrey B Oct. 12 2023

    Hello To Whom This May Concern,
    The manufacturing time for custom product has always been beyond our control because of so many factors at the manufacturer(s) itself/themselves while including also the extra delays that most of the time happen on the items arriving/shipping out to us as well from the various shipping/carrier companies!
    Once we received each item unpacked and checked it we delivered to them the same day or the next day when they were home! THERE WAS NO DELAY ON OUR PART AT ALL!!!
    We have done everything that we could possibly do to make this customer happy by delivering to them every time the items arrived instead of doing one delivery for everything at once! We did separate deliveries in order to make them as happy as possible!! We do NOT charge for delivery and set-up at all to anyone!!!!
    It Is noted clearly on all invoices that the customer has the extended warranty at time of purchase if they also purchase the extended warranty as well at the time of purchase!!
    The small problem with couch is just the inside back the slight shifting of the inside stuffing which is NOT really a problem at all!!
    The actual manufacturer of the sofa was notified right away of the very small "problem" and they mentioned to us that there was really nothing wrong with the sofa!!
    We did everything that we can possibly do in order to make this customer as happy as can be!!
    We are in business for almost 62 years now and we have been successful in order to make every customer of our's satisfied and happy/satisfied and as you all know there is just a small proportion of any population anywhere that can never ever make satisfied regardless what has been done!!!
    We can only do what each manufacturer allows us to do as we are NOT manufacturers and we try to be always on the customer's side to help them even sometimes without the suppliers help as well!!
    We would like for this customer to please come back again at any time and We/I will make sure that there next purchase(s) will be the most rewarding for them on every level!!
