    Promise for the product to be delivered and installed but never showed up still waiting. Waiting weeks to months for the installation. In this situation waiting for months and having a baby in 3 weeks with no kitchen counters or sinks in the kitchen is more than stressful. Amazing workmanship from the staff in the cutting department they are more than amazing. Terrible management lots of excuses from what we have been promised. Hope to have a kitchen before the baby comes.

    If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Purchased two countertops on March 22, 2023 The island countertop has an overhang to accommodate a seating area. I had the kitchen prepped no electricity or running water to accommodate the delivery which was pushed to April 13. The island countertop came back severely damaged with large sharp gaps underneath the seating area They said they would replace it on May 4th, then the 5th. I had been without running water in the kitchen for 4 weeks when I finally called a plumber I no longer will have a new counter top on May 5th. I recommended that they reimburse me and I would not use that damaged space as a seating area. At this point I am so discouraged and I just want this to be finished. I really do not want a company like granit design in my house ever again *** * ** *** **** **** ** ***** **** ** ******* I strongly recommend that before hiring this company, shop around.
