Thank you for reaching out *****, we apologize for any frustrations you had with your experience. This is the first we are hearing from you, we'd prefer you would have contacted us directly so we could have come to a resolution in 2022 when this occurred. We received your service request call for your boiler going into EA1 mode. Our technician arrived to your home, diagnosed the issue, quoted the repairs, and you approved to proceed. Our technician completed an entire cleaning on the unit, replaced the igniter, flue outlet adapter, gasket, and refractory heat shield. You paid $110 for an initial service call and did not pay for the *************** If you would have reached out to us to let us know the issue was still occurring we could have helped from there. We are glad to hear your boiler is operating well.
