    We spent nearly two months attempting to schedule an appointment with AmeriSpec for our second post-renovation energy inspection as a part of the Greener Homes Program. I sent dozen of emails, and phoned nearly every other day. Our inspection on January 30th comes around, we pay $310.75, and we are still waiting for the report. According to their website they are open 7 days a week from 7 am to 10pm. We are 51 days, or 36 business days, without any guarantee date to receive this report. The report is critical in supporting our application process for the program and is worth over $40,000.We make contact with this company and we met with a truly disgraceful level of professionalism. The program faced an abrupt program closure in February, and instead of finishing jobs of customer whove already paid theyve put us on the back burner for new customers. Were met with attitude and excuses at every turn, and now were just plain fed up with the process altogether.

    I heard from the company and received my report. 

     

    Although numerous items were false or incorrect on that report we received, and now we are having to request a manual review of our loan application from the Government we are now shorted over $25,000

    Amerispec was hired to test my home before and after three home improvements for the greener homes grant. They took my money for the follow-up test but never filed the papers. I can no longer access my account for the grant, and Amerispec does not respond to my emails.

    The company took $600+ for a Ontario Greener Home efficency inspection a more than a year ago and I am trying to reach anyone from the company for over a month now tpo schedule a final inspection(after all the renovation projects) so I can continue with the governmet grant and the process. The company uses a calling service, people that just take your name and number and translate the message to *** *****i, manager of the Windsor office of AmeriSpec who does not return phone calls and does not reply to emails. He is hiding behind the calling service. A month later I dont even get a scheduled date for my final inspection. * ***** ******** **** ** * **** *** and I will never see the job done.. Invoice for the paid amount is attached
