      I called the Leamington office to re-survey our property. From first contact, scheduling, the employee who did the survey to invoicing and payment it was a pleasant experience. Originally I went into their office to inquire about some notations on a copy of a survey they had performed 30 years prior. They were helpful even though I was not the original customer and they did not charge me for their time. This discussion moved on to re-establishing the lot lines and eventually my decision to do a full survey, restating and preparing a drawing of the property and it’s structures. Considering the cost of this work I feel their pricing was fair. Their employee on site was friendly and worked non-stop. The final invoice came in exactly as quoted even though I think they didn’t charge me for some extra staking I had them put in. I would definitely use them in the future. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.
