    I hired Weed man in April to take care of my lawn. Through the summer I had all kinds of weeds including dandelions,clover and others.The weeds are still there today.Weed man has missed scheduled times for weed killer and fertilizer through the summer. I have not paid my August fertilizer application because it was Applied just as we received a massive rain storm on the 23rd. Weed man has sent the amount of $253.80 to a collection agency as I refused to pay. I am hoping for something to be done with this unfair charge.Thanks *****************************

    I am formally submitting a complaint towards weed man Lawn care Windsor.
    This issue could have been resolved 17 months ago
    June 14, 2021 Weed Man was out to my residence to spray for weeds. the technician unfortunately got the hose caught on y landscape edging and torn it up as she kept pulling, she did not realize that it was caught. very apologetic she was going to report it, and I also called the weed man to discuss a remedy. June 17, 2021! I followed up, and June 18 a roll of landscape liner was dropped off on my front porch. I asked what am I supposed to do with this? Sorry we don't have anyone to fix the edging. I said you can send a landscaping copay to fix the edging he say NO we don't do that? Time passed to August 10, I asked for a follow up did not hear from anyone Sept 11, 2021 a manager, Scott machado contacted me and said they will send a technician, to see what could be done. I again called Sept, 2021 On September 17, 2021 Jason from the Windsor office cam to fix? replace the edging he obviously had no idea what he was doing, he didn't even have the correct tools, I gave him the tools my husband had in our shed. He took out the damaged edging and replaced it with the roll he dropped off. I was not happy with the edging and complained again that this would not last the winder and it will come out of the ground. Of course the winter came and the edging fell out and was sticking out of the ground I called as soon as the snow was gone, and expressed my displeasure. I asked for the repair again, as my daughter was getting married in May with an outside reception planned. No one come, my husband stuck it back in for the moment, so it would not look like a disaster for the may wedding. I called march 17, April 20, to remind Weed Man that I have an outdoor wedding and need it repaired, no reply Jason came again to try to fix it, and was overwhelmed and I asked him to leave and not tear up my lawn, as he did the first time. I called, again October 13, 2022 it was offered that I get two quotes from landscaping companies and forward on the Jason that he and Scott would look them over. Two quotes came in at $282.00 and $280.00 respectively. I received a call from Jason, he said he was under the impression it would cost $40 we wont be coving the cost. I called again, to speak to the customer Service manager, and was told I could not speak to him. To date i have not heard from this company to correct the problem. However, I have already received my invoice for the next season, how is this even possible? They cannot fix a problem but have no problem issuing a notice for the next season. This could have all been corrected but they have decided to not keep this customer happy.
