    The mattress began to break down in Jan./2023

    But realized the mattress had broken down in centre on both sides. Contacted Customer Service, and after being hung up twice, we finally got someone to come out to check the mattress. We showed him that the mattress had broken down in the centre and on both sides. Serta told Sleep Country that they refused to warranty it. We dealt with Customer Service again and they refused to do anything. We were force to go and buy another mattress at our own expense after only 10 months.
