    Hi,i am having considerable difficulty communicating with and receiving my refund from Galaxy medical alarm systems. i have attached a Word document that explains the problem and includes email correspondence and a summary of telephone conversations that occurred earlier. thank you for your attention to this. ***********************

    I still have not had any communication from Galaxy Alarm Systems as of 12 Sept 2023.

    I received a cheque from Galaxy Alarms in the amount of $114.88 on Sept 15.  This is less than I should have been refunded.  I feel that I should have been refunded $215.00 for the 5 months that i no longer needed the service .  However, after ************************ insistance that the contract period ended on September 30 not November 30, I agreed that the refund would be in effect for the period of time that I called to cancel the service - June 29th to Sept 30 --  that would be 3 months to be refunded $57.44 x 3 = $172.32.   Even if the refund were calculated on the date the equipment was returned (July 13) to September 30, that would be 2.5 months or $143.60.  I find this to be incredibly frustrating and given the circumstances unbelievably unprofessional on the part of this individual.
