    THIS IS THE 4TH DAY IN WHICH MY DEVICE HAS BEGUN ACTING ERRATICALLY. GALAXY OFFERS NO 'CUSTOMER SERVICE ON WEEKENDS FOR DIRECT CONTACT..LEFT MESSAGES TO HAVE THEM CAAL. ACTUALLY SPOKE TO 'CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AS IT IS A 'WORK DAY' AND THEY COULD ONLY OFFER THAT I WOULD BE PUT ON A WAIT LIST TO SPEAK WITH "*****" WHO WAS DEALING WITH THE AFTERMATH OF AN IMPACTFUL INCIDENT WITH ***** IT IS NOW 4 HOURS INTO Y WAIT FOR THE CALL FROM '*****". MY DEVICE WILL ONLY HOLD A CHARGE FOR 5 HOURS BEFORE I GET A RECORDING TO PLACE IT ON ITS 'CHARGER'.THIS COMPANY HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY SENSE OF SECURITY DESPITE THE HUNDREDS I PAY THEM EVERY YEAR IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS IN GOOD FAITH. FEELING HELPLESS AND COMPROMISED THANKS TO THE VERY POOR COVERAGE ON SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS A MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM!!

     Only communication are those initiated by myself as the unreliable service on my medic alert device continues..unabated.

    Early this week, they offered another device at same agreement/cost/features for a trial run rather than have me proceed with my request to "close my account"

    I accepted their offer and received the new device within 3 days of that conversation. The trial began yesterday.  I mailed back (as per there directive) the defective device which they continue charging me for... despite its failure to provide reliable service. ie... There is no way of assuming the device will be operational when I'm experiencing a medical emergency.

    They have made no effort to contact me once they were aware of the malfunction which I find startling behaviour for a company providing a medic alert system to a vulnerable client base!!!

    The Company has replaced the type of alert at the same price with no accounting in costs for the period in which I had no service.

    Unless contacted by myself, I w/h had no communication whatever from this Company that my system wasn't capable of performing the task for which I paid over $$$/mo!

    Scary!!!!
