Date: November 13th, 2024- was provided with a repair estimate to fix my windshield. I approved the estimate and send it to my insurance company for approval and it was approved by my insurance company as well Followed up with ***** service advisor regarding the next steps received information that he will be scheduling an appointment to get the vehicle fixed. Waited whole well with no response so followed up on Nov 25th again. I was informed ***** took sick leave on that day. So, request the front desk receptionist to talk to the service manager as there is more delay. The front desk receptionist hung up the call, called back again and asked why the call was dropped. She used discriminatory language and started to drop my call despite my multiple requests to talk to some manager. She kept me on hold for ***** minutes and would drop the call multiple times. I also motioned to the front desk that if this is the service I will make a complaint to her manager. Finally after multiple call attempts talked to *** ******** to explain the behavior of front desk receptionist, I was right away discriminated by him as well as he would not listen to me and is trying to protect her employee by doing false allegations on me by stating harassment based on the grounds that I made multiple calls attempts to get hold of a manager at Windsor Honda as she keeps dropping calls. Later the next day, Nov 26th I called *****, he told me he is waiting on parts and was informed some one form scheduling team will call me to do appointment. Later after an hour I got text notification from ***** (service manager) stating they are refusing to do service. I pre-paid for oil service and got approval for windshield repair from my insurance company. Yet on discrimination they are refusing to do service to my vehicle after long wait.

At Windsor Honda our employees and customers are treated with respect.  We do not tolerate physical or verbal abuse towards our staff. This includes hateful, belligerent, insulting, threatening or accusatory words.  Anyone unable to treat our staff properly is asked to leave the premises.
Mr. ********* is avoiding the real concern here: his behavior.  On two recent occasions he has called the dealership and acted deplorably. Each time he has berated and belittled our receptionists, screamed obscenities at them.  He also calls the dealership incessantly only to hang up when the phone is answered.  It is due to this that we have made the decision to end our business relationship with him.  He has been made aware that he is no longer allowed on the premises and has been told not to call.  Even after this he refused to stop harassing our receptionist and we had no other options than to contact the police.
Windsor Honda has not received any payment for the windshield that was ordered for Mr. ********* therefore it is ours to do what we wish with.  It will be returned to the manufacturer as this individual is no longer allowed on the premises.
While Mr. ********* asserts he is being discriminated against I am more inclined to believe that he is exhibiting prejudicial treatment towards women.  In any case, this is private property and Mr. ********* is prohibited. Should he return to the dealership, he will be charged with trespassing.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is not the first time *** ******** and ***** ******* refused to serve a customer, when ever they felt like they are unable to assist they either blame or claim false allegations you can verify on the ****** review where they deliberatly say to many customers not to attend property . With regards to allegations apparopriate departments are contacted with documented evidence. This dealership follows shady practices and my money is still with them. The reason why i made calls is because rather than showing empathy towards customer why they are upset their immediate response was false allegations. I get it its a private business . But under ***** guidelines they clearly discriminated me by not providing service after more than 2 weeks wait and my approvals. I was a victim of discriminatory language used by *** ******** and ***** *******,  I even called the dealership and the receptionist who they claim took my call had serious anger management issues. She is the one who kept hang up my phone when i called and requested for manager to speak. The management clearly voilates the business ethics and code of conduct for customer service. I want my money back !! For my ,4  oil package that i paid . Also *** ******** told he would cut a cheque and they turned down stating i have no more oil changes thats not true. The owner is encouraging this individuals to disrespect customers since this is the only ********************** dealership in town they want to play monopoly game. That they are immune to what so ever they can do. I request BBB to mediate to refund my paid oil package and have this business rated appropriately.
    Sincerely,

Contacted Honda and they said they will make it right ! .towed my car to the shop and the shop said hey the oil filter was not for my car causing the motor to leak oil slowly and seized on the way up to ******* .they said the install was correct .Windsor Honda told me to send the assessment to them .Windsor Honda said they would take care of me and the car they will fix it ! .Windsor Honda emailed me saying they found a new motor will ship it to Windsor ,and will ship my car to windsor as well to get fixed .they also gave me a rental car to use .one week later they asked me to come in to speak to them before repairs start. .I come in and they ask for the keys to the rental so they can check it for "Maintenace " they removed all my things and left it in a box out front .I had to Uber home . ***************** attended the dealership on September 27th, 2023 and requested 2 Honda oil filters which he received.  He made no mention that the filters were for an S2000 model.
The customer took the filter home and installed it himself on the vehicle despite the fact that it looked significantly different from the one he removed.  It would have been impossible for him to overlook the difference in size of the two filters and he did not do his due diligence in confirming he had the right part.  *********** undertook a repair he was not qualified to perform.
We requested he take the vehicle to a nearby shop to get an assessment and were told that the damage was due to an incorrect oil filter having been installed.  As Windsor Honda did not install the filter I do not feel we are responsible for this issue. A qualified technician would not have made this error.
We offered the customer a loaner vehicle while we looked into the matter more as two of the team members involved were on vacation. ************ had our vehicle for 12 days and put 1,231km on it.  The vehicle was so dirty inside it required a 3 hour clean-up.
After investigation we determined that the root cause of the failure rested with the installer and we recovered our vehicle.
I am of the opinion that ************ is attempting to perpetrate fraud.  He has clearly coached the repair facility he brought the vehicle to as to what he wanted documented on the repair order.  We received two different diagnostics from the other shop.  The diagnosis provided by the other repair facility is inconsistent with a vehicle being driven without oil until it stopped as was claimed.
