    I took my car in to change the oil pan gasket. Then they messed with my thermostat housing telling me it needs to be replaced. I know I didn't have any previous issues but told him to go ahead and fix it. Then when I picked my car up I noticed a bad antifreeze leak. When I called to see why I now have this leak I didn't have before bringing it it he told me he didn't have the part to fix it but bring my car in. When I did he put silicone on the thermostat housing instead of the needed part. When I brought my car home it still has a leak and I cannot and have not drove the car since. When I called and asked for a refund he was so rude and unprofessional and told me he will not be returning my money. I told him I'm unhappy and will seek further help in obtaining my money back. He doesn't give receipts on cash work so unable to provide proof on the date or payment.

    CUSTOMER CAME IN FOR AN OIL PAN GASKET LEAK, THERMOSTAT HOUSING WAS ALSO LEAKING. CUSTOMER WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT PROBLEM AND COST, THERMOSTAT WAS UNAVAILABLE IN AFTER MARKET OR IN USED. DEALERSHIP COULD NOT GET IT SINCE IT WAS DISCONTINUED. WE TRIED TO REPAIR THE HOUSING AND NOTIFIED THE CUSTOMER TO LOCATE THE PART AND WE CAN INSTALL IT. CUSTOMER WAS NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE PART IN ORDER TO COMPLETE REPAIR. REFUND WAS NOT ISSUED BECAUSE OIL LEAK WAS FIXED, AND HE WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING REPAIRS. THANK YOU.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    His response is untrue. My car was not leaking antifreeze before I brought it there. When he said it needs to be fixed and the cost I agreed. I paid him for both jobs. When I brought my car home it was leaking antifreeze so I called him back and asked why it was leaking if he fixed it and he told me he couldn't find the part but bring the car back that's when he put silicon on it. He did tell me to find the part and he'll put it on... no one works for free if I didnt pay him for the additional work why would he offer to finish job?

    I am rejecting this response because:
    You charged me and said it was fixed. How can you not be responsible for "missing parts" when you took my car apart and added silicon instead of the part that your unable to find. Please refund my money (only what i paid for you to fix the thermostat housing) since you are unable to fix what you did to my car. Keep in mind I was only there for a oil gasket replacement and left with a antifreeze leak with a part that can't be found.

    Brought vehicle in for brakes and tires After initial inspection, received call for work needed to performed.Agreeded to said work via phone call, but then length of time of work went from hours to days.Called to inquire why, told "hard to find required parts"Finally go to pickup vehicle, and cost is 3x of what it should be, finding they did more work then originally agreed upon without concent.Front rotors was told they were fine, only pads needed replacement but all replaced anyway Vehicle was needed back so paid and left.

    vehicle dropped off for brake change and quotation on tires , after vehicle was inspected it needed both front and rear brakes in addition to a rear right brake caliper as it was seized. in addition the tires on the vehicle were in extremely dangerous condition pictures are available upon request. i personally called the customer as he passed me over to his son , i explained all the repairs needed thoroughly as the customer and his son confirmed the service. i explained to the customer that 2 tires were in stock while 2 were to be ordered over night , customer agreed to leave vehicle over night , unfortunately only 1 tire arrived on the shipment ; i contacted supplier as they apologized and confirmed tire would arrive the next day . i contacted the customer and he suggested to put the 3rd tire on as he needed the vehicle to drive out of town . so that explains the delay , but in regards of the pricing i explained to the customer and challenged him to bring cheaper parts and i would happily remove mine and reimburse him for them . reason why im so confident is that his vehicle in particular requires special parts from chrysler directly and theyre on back order so theyre not available till mid october and i encouraged the customer to contact dealership where parts were ordered from so they could explain. i understand customers frustration in regards of the price of the parts as his vehicle is a *********************************************************************************************** which parts were not available after market .
