    We had basically the same experiences as those outlined by other customers. Once we signed the contract we felt like we were no longer a priority. This husband and wife duo (who now have separate businesses under other names) did not do their part of the contract. Our experiences: 1. We were clear that we wanted 2 photographers on the day we met Ahmad. He said his wife would be the second photographer. She briefly had a camera in her hand and from our pictures there is only a single picture that may have been taken by her. His wife then left after the wedding ceremony because of “female problems” and therefore our “second” photographer left 8hours early. 2. Our engagement photos were all un edited. We did not use any of them. 3. No guidance for our wedding photos. He also said we “don’t kiss passionately” and visible annoyed that my veil wasn’t the exact shade of my dress and had me remove it. Would expect us to pose and stand professionally on our own. My bridesmaids were appalled. He did not direct us or tell us how to stand. We were lost and awkward. 4. He left over an hour early. Was also not taking pictures during breaks between wedding service and reception. 5. Large gaps in our wedding day where there are no photos being taken. Especially the reception. 6. We are missing key photos of family. We have zero photos of family at the ceremony and reception. Zero. This was something very special to us and we are beyond confused and still saddened many years later as we have lost loved ones. 7. Took us a year to get our photos. Many not useable or poorly positioned with other items in the way and/or unedited 8. We realized 6 after the wedding that in that the contract that we had paid for an album. We reached out and at first they denied but I still had the contract. It was ready finally 4 years later after lots of persistence and follow up 9. They have managed to remove all ways to rate them on social media and google
