They do good work and are honest and quick. They replaced my garden spigot 2 years ago and it’s held up fine. They replaced my washing machine drainage plumbing as well and it looks much cleaner than beforeNorthstar Plumbing

Technician was great. Awful expensive for 40 minutes work. Did not like the fact we were told he would be here between 9 and 4. Takes up the whole day. He showed up at 3:45.Northstar Plumbing

Hi ***. Thank you for your review of our services. It is unfortunate that you had to wait all day. We could give you a window but when it comes to service work, we'd be misleading you into believing the time slot. Emergencies always take precedence. We do honour our work. The hour charge includes insurances, trucks, wages, rents etc. We have only licenced personnel on staff and answer the phone whenever you need us. Nothing here is automated. While using only the most advanced tools of the trade, we continue to work the "old fashioned" way, where the customer is King. Thanks again, it was our pleasure to serve you.Review fromLise P

Our first encounter with Northstar Plumbing was a few years back when we choose them to install a backwater flood prevention system. Since then, each year we have them come in and review the system to ensure it is functioning properly. From the initial contact of requesting a quote to each visit we receive yearly, we have had nothing but exceptional customer service. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to install such a system.Northstar Plumbing
