Prompt, excellent customer service! **** found the source of our problem, corrected it and left the work area cleaner than he found it; even sanitized the door handles he touched! Northstar will always be our go-to plumbers and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Rose CNorthstar Plumbing

Excellent service. Plumbers arrived on time. All floor areas were covered with carpet runners, work was done on time,. I was amazed at how well they cleaned up. Areas and runners were vacuumed, one section of floor had a few shoe prints on it but the man got a wet cloth and cleaned it up. I hardly had any clean up to do which was wonderful.All the men were friendly, and there was no pause in their working. Therefore, job was finished on time. I would definitely hire them again.Northstar Plumbing

5 starsThis is second time we have used Northstar Plumbing for our plumbing needs. We were so pleased with the first time when we needed our kitchen faucet installed that we didnt hesitate to call them to help resolve our bathroom toilet leak. They did not disappoint. The service was excellent. We were given an appointment for the next day. The servicemen called prior to arriving as we were told and arrived promptly . After examining the situation, the problem was explained to us so that we understood what was happening. We were given several options to resolve the problem and we felt comfortable making an informed decision. *** and ***** were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, helpful and professional. I'll never deal with anybody else again! They were fast, efficient, and most importantly, experienced. Dealt with another company who used to be good, but with a previous toilet issue, was told the toilet was unsalvageable, and told the only solution was a new toilet. It was a perfect match in colour to the sink, so had to repair with a white toilet. Then, I had the same issue with another toilet. Northstar Plumbing more than delivered in repairing the same toilet. Being a senior, most of us believe nothing can't be repaired, and Northstar had the same attitude. Thank goodness. The previous company told me the old parts weren't available, Northstar contacted the company and got me the replacement part OVERNIGHT! I was without the toilet for less than a day. The whole bill came to less than the previous replacement toilet I was told by the other company that I had to purchase...plus there was labour on top! The whole experience was much easier, cheaper and with a better resolution than with the other company and I slept well that night! Super impressed!Northstar Plumbing

Northstar were called to repair a toilet which was not working properly. The call into the office was handled in a friendly and professional manner and the repair was completed within a few hours of the call. Very satisfied with the quick response and work. ******************Northstar Plumbing
