    Spring 2021 ordered liner and coping to be installed never heard back. Than was told 2 months later it wasnt available, ordered another. 2 months later they said it wasnt ready. Called in Spring 2022 they said they would be by on a specific day, didnt come. 3 days later came, no communication. Pool Needed extra cement poured in before liner. Told which day it was being done, ended up being days later with no communication. Liner was installed and pool was left with hose in and the vacuum in One side to remove all air. Bottom drain no longer worked. Told it wasnt their issue. 2 Sharp objects are under the liner which is a huge injury and concern considering it could slice the liner. Big ********************* bolts are left in the side. No coping was installed. Called over 40x, went into the store 4x. A lady named ******** came out to take pictures and said it wasnt acceptable and she was sending the pictures to corporate to find a solution. Didnt hear back for over a year despite ******** calls. I have made 14 calls since March to contact someone about a solution and I am hung up on, told ******** will call me back or there is no answer. I have sent an email to ******** reminding her of the issue and asking to Find a solution to finally end our business with BlueWater with no response. We paid around $300 to fill the pool Last year and paid to run it all summer waiting for it to be figured out and we were unable to use. Now summer is approaching and we have the same issues. Not one time have we acted angry towards any staff we are trying to figure out if they have a solution, what theyre expecting us to pay for this horrible service and mental exhaustion they have caused us for the past 3 years. Years now. If they want to just end business and not get paid fine. If they want to actually find a solution and work with us perfect.
