    DS60 replaced the flat roof on the back of our house in May or 2021. They provide a 5 year labour warranty. October of 2024 we noticed a leak and with some investigating it appears to have been leaking for some time. After repeated attempts to contact them they finally showed up and taped a few seams. The guy doing the repairs told us it was in bad shape and they would have to come back to do proper repairs. He just taped up the open seams. It has now been 2 weeks and again i have tried to contact them with no response. I do not like heights but decided to go up and look for myself. What a MESS! There are large bulges all over the roof and standing water in a couple spots. Winter is coming and I am afraid of the issues we will have. I cannot even get DS60 to return a phone call or email, they are leaving me out to dry!

    We had such a great experience with DS 60. We needed the cap replaced on our roof. Not only did they provide a timely quote, they also gave us an idea of our roofs' current condition, how much longer it should last, and how much to budget to replace. We also had them look at a couple skylights that we thought might need replacing. They told us "they are in great shape, just the roof around has to be adjusted and some caulking." I so appreciated their honesty. They arrived on time, did the work efficiently and cleaned up everything afterwards. I cannot tell you how fantastic our experience was! Highly recommend.
