    I paid a $130.00 deposit on March 20, 2022 for two tattoo bookings (for myself and my son) scheduled for November 12, 2022. The owner had to cancel the appt. Due to being sick and rescheduled for November 14, 2022. The owner then cancelled November 14, 2022 rebooking for November 15, 2022. The owner then cancelled November 15, 2022 rebooking for December 26, 2022. Due to family Christmas gatherings I couldn’t attend December 26, 2022 so she sent me a text asking if we could rebook for January 24, 2023. I asked to be reimbursed the deposit due to the owner cancelling multiple times so I could book my tattoo elsewhere and I was told the deposit was non-refundable. My son and I changed our schedules every rebooking to meet her needs and when I asked to be refunded my deposit I was denied. I just want to be refunded the $130.00 deposit due to the rescheduled dates.
