    A group of friends and I needed to go to Toronto. We had ordered from a different company, a bus to pick us up and go to Toronto. The bus driver did not respond after being 5 hours late. So we called Veteran's Cab in Windsor to take us to Toronto. We called, and told them how many cabs we need and that the destination is Toronto Airport. When the taxi arrived, the driver asked me to pay the fixed rate of $638. The condition for that fixed amount was to go from Windsor to Toronto airport. The driver was told that the highway between Chatham and London was closed. The driver was told on several occasions that the only way around the closure was to take route 3. Several locals as well as myself told him what route to take and he ignored it. The driver spent hours trying to get onto the closed section of the highway several times even though he was told its shut down. The driver decided it was not worth his time to take myself and my friends to Toronto. He also said he has to give the taxi to the next shift worker. He declined the service after I already paid. Now the taxi company is refusing to pay me back the fixed rate to Toronto. We ended up hearing back from the original bus driver. We got on the bus and the bus took us along the exact route that the taxi driver refused to take us. This taxi company refuses to give me a refund for a service they failed to provide even though it was their decision to not provide it because the driver decided he was no longer willing to take us because it would take too long for his liking.

    I took vet cab *** this morning at 730am a trip from ******* to my house this cab driver started running his mouth because I shut the back of the cab to hard and proceeded to talk about me u set his breath. He then proceeded to accuse me of having attitude. Get to my house he’s now threatning my spouse called him explicit words and threatened our life. I called the office to file a complaint they advised cab driver told them same story told me I was banned and hung up on me. What kind of buisness do these people run. Females beware of cab *** this guy will threaten your life if u shut the back to hard I’m disgusted as we take vet cab all the time
