    Got our installer to measure kitchen square footage. Went in and spoke with the sales person. The store is beautiful, nice products, reasonably priced. The associate told my husband and I we would need approx ***** sq so 4 boxes of 3x6 kitchen tiles which were special order. He did not tell us in person that it was no returns. We did not use the full boxes, we have 1.5 boxes left, he gave us more than we needed, and he was the one to determine we would need this much. On the receipt it says no returns, but he did not have us sign or agree to this on paper. We went to return the product and explain but the store and sales person said no we cannot get our money back.The sales person told us he did mention this, but he did not and if he did we wouldn't have obviously had him order more than we needed for the job.We will keep the 1/2 box of tile, but the store should give us our money back for the other. Maybe in the future have customers initial they understand this to avoid who said what to who.We want to shop their in the future.

    Our return policy in regards to Special Order material is very clear.

    - it is posted on a large sign on the showroom wall.

    - it is printed on the receipt (which you acknowlege)

    - the policy was acknowledged when it was picked up and signed by the client on the packing list.

    - the client was told by two sales associates that there are no returns on Special Order material.

    Not true at all, nothing was said in person to either of us and if it was we surely would not have taken YOUR MEASUREMENT WORD on how many boxes to buy.  We gave you the sq and your associate told us to get that many and it was incorrect from YOUR associate.  That very BAD BUSINESS.  Your business made the measurement error and then I am stuck with it.  Train your employees to correctly measure and you won't have this issue.
