      Sometime in May 2024, I had purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. When I test drove the car, everything seemed fine. I received the car on Friday and by the following Monday I tried to take it back because the car was not driving properly. On their website it says that you can take the vehicle back within 5 days and less than 100kms, which I attempted to do and they would not accommodate. At this point, the car has been in the dealership 3 times and they cannot figure out the issue. They did not give me a proper run down of the car, I didn't even know how to adjust the seat. When picking up the car, they didn't give me a contract or final paperwork for it, no warranty info either. They suggested I purchase their warranty even though it was still under manufacturing warranty. The finance manager yelled at me also when I discussed the interest rate, stating I had originally signed for 8.99 for 36 months, the following day they had me sign another contract for ***** or ***** for 84 months , finance manager stated he hasn't seen 8.99 interest in years, meanwhile they have been advertising it on their site for some time now.

      The customer purchased his vehicle on May ********. We arent sure if the customer came in within the first 5 days, but we told him we couldnt refund the vehicle purchase, he could only exchange the vehicle. The customer couldnt get approved.
      After purchase, the customer came back in and admitted to lying on his credit application, and said he couldnt afford the vehicle, and also claimed he did not receive a bill of sale.
      We gave the customer a 2nd copy of the Bill of Sale at this point.  
      At this time the customer gave us a bad ****** review while in office, saying the salesperson didnt walk him out to the vehicle. The Manager approached him and asked about his review since he did in fact walk him out to the vehicle at the time of delivery. The customer said he was just mad and lied on the ****** review because we couldnt refund him, and he then removed the ****** review.
      Customer also complained about shaking on the expressway and the Manager went for a ride with him on the expressway. There was no shaking on test drive.
      There is only one signed bill of sale, which confirms his interest rate and term, that matches the Credit Agreement from the bank.
      We offer 30 days of full coverage after the sale, along with the purchase of our comprehensive extended warranty, and he has yet to come into the service department. There is no service history of him coming in or having any problems at all.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      There was no lie told on my part. I had brought the vehicle back the following monday to try and resolve the issue. I deleted the ****** review to give the business a chance to make it right. The vehicle is currently at a dealership getting major repairs due to a problem that started from the beginning. The manager had told me that there was nothing they could do to change the situation because I had left the review on ******, going against their 5 day policy even after deleting it. The dealer had stated that they would give me a bill of sale , however I did not return because of the displeasure I had incurred while dealing with them. So, no bill of sale had ever been received. Furthermore, had there been a lie on the credit app, I would not have been able to get the vehicle. My credit at the time was decent and the finance manager was the one who showed me my history and I keep tabs on it myself.
