    I purchased a used vehicle from this establishment. The vehicles Air Conditioning component was faulty. I discovered that after purchasing the vehicle and brought it to the company's attention. The company's representatives told me that they could not do anything about the issue and provided no help. They stated that since a I had already purchased the vehicle, the air conditioning situation was now my problem.

    Good Afternoon

    This was discussed with the ** and this is his reponse:

    *************** purchased the vehicle June 7th, 2023.  When you purchase a vehicle it comes with a 30 day safety related items warranty.  *************** didnt purchase the extended warranty which was offered to him.  *************** drove the cars for 4 months (during the summer during hot temperatures) and not once mentioned the a/c wasnt working.  The service manager asked him when he came in the other day " You didnt use the ac once during the hot summer months?" and he didnt reply.  Unfortunately the 30 day warranty was up July 7th and since nothing was mentioned about the ac for 4 months there is nothing we can do.

    Although I don't agree with the response, I am choosing not to take this matter further. I would urge the business in question to be more thorough with their customers and provide the best level of service possible. Unfortunately for them, I will not be doing business with their establishment again.
