    Dura Vu was the best decision we made for our home! Chad was extremely honest and helpful in making the decision of what type of windows to get! The installers, Isaac and Nick were excellent at their jobs! They were very confident and cleaned up work spaces beautifully! Jocelyn was always pleasant and happy to answer any questions I had! And lastly, the final inspection was very informative! Deb

    They installed my bathroom window which was cracked and sized to small!!! They then replaced it with another window which was also faulty. Over the winter lines appeared between the window panes. I notified them in May of 2022 their rep came and said window was no good and they would replace it. That's the last I seen of them I called them periodically and the said they would come soon, as of today July 14 2023 they have not replace the window!!! ******** ********* ** ******
