  In 2021, our family embarked on a renovation project with Kurtz Construction. During the pandemic, I resided alone in a raised bungalow, ***** ** ******** ******* ** ** **** ** ***** ********** *** *********** ** ******* *** ****** ******* ********** ** **** ********* ***** *** *********** ** **** * *************** Our aspiration was to convert the lower level of the house into an apt. *** *** *** *** ******* while I would downsize my space to the upper level.
  We contacted ******* Kurtz, who confirmed the project’s possibility and expressed his belief in the advantages of purposeful living spaces. His enthusiasm and expertise aligned with our vision, and we confidently proceeded with our plan.
  Kurtz’s knowledge and exceptional skill enable him to guide his team effectively in all aspects of the construction process. However, he also possesses a keen eye for design, contributing to the creation of a vision that we are immensely satisfied with. Consequently, demolition, planning, & the construction of new rooms commenced & our vision was realized within four months.
  Kurtz Construction’s office team provided excellent communication especially during any minor delays that are inherent in any project. * ****** **** **** ****** *** ****** & I appreciated the skill level & respectful tone that was consistently demonstrated by *******’s crew as well as the tidiness that was left on site each evening. A profound level of trust in Kurtz Construction, was cultivated which significantly mitigated the stress associated with any renovation process.
  We diligently adhered to the provided guidelines and incurred no additional costs beyond the initial contract.
  We have resided happily in our home for nearly 4 years. We have distinct living spaces (with the exception of shared laundry) & separate entrances. **** *********** ** ******** ********** *** *** ** *** * we are immensely grateful for Kurtz Construction’s assistance in enabling us to pursue our dream.

  Incredible Work by Kurtz Construction – Our Dream Space Come to Life!
  We recently completed a major home renovation with Kurtz Construction, adding a second-story addition that includes a gorgeous new primary bedroom and ensuite—and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!
  From day one, the Kurtz Construction team impressed us with their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. They truly listened to our vision and then brought it to life in ways that exceeded our expectations. The new primary suite is everything we hoped for and more—spacious, filled with natural light, and beautifully designed with high-end finishes that feel both luxurious and comfortable.
  The ensuite bathroom feels like a personal spa retreat. Every detail, from the flawless tile work to the sleek fixtures and thoughtful layout, was executed to perfection. It’s clear the team takes real pride in their craftsmanship.
  And we have to mention one of our absolute favorite features—the private upper patio off the bedroom. It’s such a sweet and serene space, perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. It adds such a special touch of luxury and privacy to our home - a true sanctuary!
  Throughout the entire process, communication was clear and consistent. The crew was always respectful of our space, kept the work area tidy, and endeavoured to stay on schedule. Renovations can be stressful, but Kurtz Construction made it as smooth and stress-free as possible.
  We’ve had countless compliments on the addition, and we would definitely recommend Kurtz Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers quality, creativity, and care in every detail. We couldn’t be happier!

  We contacted Kurtz Construction in early 2021 to see if they could build an addition onto our small home so we could expand our Kitchen and family room. Brendan came with some great ideas to maximize our space that we never thought of. He took care of the engineering (so great to work with Justin) and handled the permit as well. Although the project ran later than we expected (so many covid delays) we were really happy with the final results. His team was polite and respectful in our space and they kept things clean which was important since we were living in our home during renovations. They didn't even complain about wearing masks all day ** Would happily use Kurtz Construction again for any future renovations.
